Born and raised in Boxborough, Brian graduated from Acton-Boxborough High School and went on to earn a bachelor degree in environmental engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology. While working full time as an engineer, he bought his first “fixer upper” home. After buying, rehabilitating, and selling  several of his own homes , he developed an interest in real estate and  decided to leave engineering and re-focus his career. He began as a mortgage loan officer and then obtained his Real Estate Broker's License. In 2009, he started Real Estate Results.  In addition to a thorough understanding of the residential real estate process, Brian has a vast knowledge of home construction and engineering.  He currently resides in Boxborough with his wife and son.

Matt was born and raised in Boxborough, MA, home to Real Estate Results LLC.  Discouraged by the service at other real estate companies while renovating residential properties, he joined forces with Brian and Alan as a co-founder of the company with the goal of providing superior service to the residential real estate market.  “Real Estate Results is not some big firm that tries to get lots of sales to pay for their fancy office downtown,” says Matt. "Our company is dedicated to providing value to our customers by keeping our costs low while providing personalized, professional real estate services. I believe a real estate purchase can be an important step to reaching ones goals in life and I work hard to help my clients achieve this goal.”

Alan has been a Boxborough resident since 1976. He and his wife, Nancy, were active in many community activities in Acton and Boxborough while raising their two children. A Northeastern University Engineering graduate, Alan worked in high-tech for over 30 years where he held management positions in both the government and private sectors. In 2003, he decided on a career change and entered the field of real estate. Alan leverages both his organizational skills and his background in web-based information systems to tailor each client’s real estate experience to meet their unique requirements.

Born and raised in South Africa, Zelna relocated to Acton in  2014. Zelna has a National Diploma in Purchasing Management and a Degree in Supply Chain Management , specializing in contract and bid negotiations, Contract Drafting, and Contract Management for large corporations. While living in South Africa, Zelna gained 14 years of experience in real estate through investments in property of her own. This hands-on experience gives Zelna a great deal of insight into the frustrations current buyers and sellers experience in today's market. Truly inspired by the service she received from Real Estate Results LLC while buying a house with her family here in the US, she obtained her Sales License and joined the company in their continued quest to make a real difference in the real estate buying and selling experience.
